Shipping & Delivery
Dates and times of delivery are estimates only. KappTech will aim to ensure that all goods are delivered on time, however we do not accept liability for goods delivered on an unspecified day. We may also deliver the goods in several consignments but will not charge any extra delivery for this. We do not accept liability for shortage of goods delivered, or damage to deliveries unless we are notified in writing within three days of the goods being delivered.

What we do with the information we gather: We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons: Internal record keeping. We may use the information to improve our products and services. We may periodically send promotional emails about new products, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided. From time to time, we may also use your information to contact you for market research purposes. We may contact you by email, phone, fax or mail. We may use the information to customise the website according to your interests. Security: We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
Returns & Replacements
KappTech aims to provide customers with exceptional quality goods. On rare occasions however, these goods may turn out to be faulty or defective. Most goods delivered to UK addresses carry a 12 month manufacturer's warranty. As a condition of sale customers must deal directly with the relevant manufacturer and comply with the manufacturer's instructions and warranty procedure. We will refer you directly to the product manufacturer in such cases. We will provide you with the contact information for the relevant manufacturer. The warranty does not apply if the goods have been altered or damaged in any way by the customer or it's employees or agents, or goods not used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. Claims for damage, non-functionality and mis-shipping must be made within three days of receipt. After this date, replacements will not be offered. For terms and conditions relating to faulty products please read the section Information on Faulty Products. Distance Selling Regulations do not apply to orders placed by business customers and our Business Terms and Conditions relating to returning Non-faulty goods apply. All returns attract a 20% restocking fee. Subject to the right of consumers to return goods for refund under The Consumer Protection Regulations 2000, KappTech do not sell products on a trial basis. All returns attract a 20% restocking fee. All items must be returned unused and in perfect condition with their undamaged original packaging. Customer pays return Postage.Customers are strongly advised to adhere to the product specifications before placing an order.
Return of Faulty Products
If there is a fault with your product we will offer you the choice of an exchange or refund once our testing has confirmed the fault. Items should be returned complete with the original box, packing and accessories. Any 'Free Gifts' received with the product must also be returned. This guarantee does not apply if the goods have been altered or damaged in any way by the customer or it's employees or agents, faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse, normal wear and tear or goods not used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
Ordering
Orders are only accepted via the internet. Prices are checked regularly, however if we find the price has changed when we receive your order we will contact you and ask if you wish to proceed.Dates and times of delivery are estimates only. Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We accept PayPal ,Google Checkout and Amazon Checkout. We reserve the right to refuse to accept payment from any of these methods at our sole discretion and without explanation. Where the PayPal dispute resolution is activated or you seek a chargeback through your Credit Card company you may not order any additional items from us until, the matter is resolved.We make every effort to ensure that prices and descriptions of goods shown on our website are accurate at the time you place your order.

The price of the goods for consumers will be as shown on the checkout page of our website when you placed your order.  We will charge you this amount which will be the same as the price shown on the display page.

You must also pay a delivery charge for the goods as indicated on our website at the checkout page.

If you order products from our site for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches your specified destination. We have no control over such charges and cannot advise on the likely amount you could be charged. We advise you to check your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change before (but not after) we accept your order. If something becomes unavailable we may offer you an alternative. In the unlikely event that the price shown on the checkout page is wrong, and we discover this before accepting your order, we are not required to sell the goods to you at the price shown. We always try and ensure that the prices of goods shown on our website are accurate, but occasionally genuine errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the goods that you have ordered we will let you know as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If you cancel your order and you have already paid for the goods, then you will receive a full refund.Promotional codes issued by KappTech are limited by time, and the products that they can be applied to are at the absolute discretion of the company. Promotional codes may not be used against products that are on special offer or are part of a sale.
Viewing Orders
Check Order Status It's easy to check the status of your order! Just click on My Account and sign in with your email address and password to get a summary of your orders placed online. You'll see your order number, the date the order was placed, the status of the order, order total, the shipping method, and package tracking information for items that have shipped. Alternatively you can check your order status by contacting Customer Support.Order status messages. Commonly used order statuses include:Pending - We've received your order. If it showing a pending status you may still have the ability to change or cancel the order.Processing - Your items have already been prepared for shipment and cannot be changed by our customer service department. We'll send you an email when your item(s) have shipped.Shipped - We've shipped your order using the shipping method you selected.Cancel Items or Order Please contact our customer service.To expedite this request please include your Purchase Order Number, Customer Number, Name, and/or Billing address.Track Shipments As soon as your item(s) have shipped, we'll send you a Shipment Notification email that includes the carrier's name and a tracking number, if available. You can also view this information by signing in online to My Orders. If you ordered multiple items, you may receive separate shipments emails and tracking numbers.
Updating Account Information
You can update your KappTech account information at any time.Click the My Account tab in the upper right hand corner of the window.Sign in to your account.Click the appropriate tab on the left hand side.Edit the appropriate fields.Click Save.
